The Afternotes is a women’s a cappella group based on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. This multi-generation group of UNH alumni bring a fun style and varied repertoire to their performances, showcasing their love of making music. The Afternotes also strive to bring awareness to local causes and raise money for NH and Maine based charities.
Exeter Community Fridge is a community-driven project founded on the principle
that access to nourishing food with dignity is a human right. The project provides
the community with a means to share resources without judgment or expectations
through shared use of a fridge and pantry that are stocked with meals, groceries,
produce, and dry goods. The community is encouraged to take what they need
and give what they can in order to help alleviate food insecurity and reduce food
waste as well as foster mutual aid values.
The fridge is located at the YMCA (56 Linden St.) in Exeter and has been operating since November 2022. Currently, the contents of the fridge turn over daily.
Save the date, and create beautiful memories with us. We look forward to seeing you.
Warmest regards,
The Afternotes and the artists at Art Up Front Street
